From our Clients

“For years, I've been hard on myself, wishing I had addressed my lower back pain earlier and wondering why all the strength training I did at my gym only seemed to make matters worse. Retraining makes so much sense!

- Donna Hopkins
Retired Physical Therapist

“As an athlete and a realtor, working behind a desk many hours a day, I could easily fall into major and consistent back pain.

Working with Amanda has kept me healthy and free of the back pain that my teammates constantly complain about."

- Scott Andrews
Realtor and Ultimate Frisbee Athlete

" I came to Amanda because I would frequently re-injure myself and thought it was due to just being and feeling very “Old.” The thing is, I had resigned myself to a life of managing pain and spending less time enjoying my outdoor activities.

I never thought I would be doing these types of activities, much less breaking my own personal records (at 62!)"

- Ellen Davis
Retired Teacher, Endurance Athlete

I’m " When I met Amanda, I was about 2 months post-op from a badly herniated disc. I was experiencing severe foot drop and wearing an orthopedic appliance on my leg.

I had to walk with a cane, and my balance was unsteady at best. We got to work on my balance, and I’d say, learned “how to walk again”. Since then, we have shifted the focus to strengthening my core and developing better body awareness and mechanics. Amanda was a Godsend— with her help, I  feel stronger and more in tune with my body.
